One question mark, the first means one question in the mind.
Two question marks, the second may mean why don't your answer me.
Three question marks, the third one may mean how dare you don't replay me until this time.
...
When seeing a line of question marks, I wonder what do you really want?
Does it mean an emergent question?
Or you get used to use it because lack of notice?
Or you just expect a immediate reply?
