Note: Clock Gating

根據CICeNEWS(86期, 2007)的說明, Clock Gating是利用一個And閘, 來關閉模組的Clock訊號。這樣的作用是, 關閉後的模組可以避免運作時產生的動態功率消耗 (可能占總功率消耗的80%)
